Session formats

Each business is unique in its stage, needs, growth pace, and priorities.
There’s no single template — your mentorship experience is tailored and flexible but the Mentorship sessions may take different forms like:

Who are the Mentees?

Mentees are entrepreneurs, innovators, and project leaders who:

    Create or grow a business or project

    Lead teams or launch new business initiatives within companies or organizations

    Seek strategic support from experienced mentors in areas such as marketing, product, finance, legal, HR, or engineering

You are a good fit if you:

    Are a founder, key contributor, or executive leader of a startup, business, or project

    Are a KSE student, alumnus, faculty, or staff member; have completed or are enrolled in short-term or certificate programs; or have participated in KSE programs and projects.

    Are proactive and view feedback as an opportunity to improve

    Can dedicate time to developing your project and meeting regularly with mentors

    Want to build something meaningful and contribute to Ukraine’s economic and social recovery

Participants of the mentorship program are expected to:

  • Actively develop their project or business

  • Have a clearly defined mentorship request(e.g., strategy, scaling, team building, fundraising, business model improvement)

    Communicate regularly with mentors in the agreed format

  • Be proactive — take action between sessions, follow up, and stay accountable for your venture’s progress

Our mentors are experienced volunteers who share their expertise to support Ukraine’s entrepreneurial community. While they aim to respond promptly, please respect their professional workload — replies may take time.
